After 6 pm, there\u2019s the \u201cBush Dinner\u201d (a five-course dinner is prepared on the blazing charcoal BBQ). There\u2019s a choice of meat, fish and poultry that can be supplemented by vegetarian choices, salads, fruit and desserts from the set buffet.
